The bathroom and kitchen facilities were in a shocking state, with a rusty shower and dirty taps making them unusable without extensive cleaning. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the noise from parties kept us awake, and the lack of 24-hour reception during the festival contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. the grilled vegetables served at the dining area were a pleasant highlight, offering a tasty respite.

The decor felt a bit tired, with bright strip lighting in the kitchen and echoing rooms that sometimes made it hard to relax. The view was less than inspiring, facing a derelict area with rubbish and stray cats, and the internal bathroom window opened into waste pipes—which wasn't exactly pleasant. Plus, the electrical outlets were poorly situated, and the kitchen had some quirks, like needing a cardboard wedge to keep the shower head in place.
